About Me
I'm a licensed massage therapist, sports massage and myofascial instructor, and wellness educator. My passion is helping people understand their bodies and working with them to improve their well-being and live without pain.
I specialize in myofascial and sports bodywork, working deep into the tissue to release adhesion.
